Delivery super quick,well packed, looks brand new, fast and easy to setup. All drivers are installed in device manager. Couldn't wish for better. Exceeded my expectations by far. Amazing value for money.

These guys are fantastic, any issues no problem it’s fixed. Their service is so good I would have no hesitation in recommending them. If you don’t want to pay full price for a computer, then try a second hand one from these guys you won’t be disappointed.

Purchase refurbished Dell 7420. Arrived within 2 days. In excellent condition and a fantastic price compared to new. Will be going back to ACT again for next laptop for sure.

Bought a used laptop (A grade) with upgraded RAM, sadly they didn't install the upgrade before shipping (super quick shipping) i went back into their woolongabba store. Staff were amazing, turns out the laptop itself had a major issue which the tech found out while I was instore waiting. They have exchanged and upgraded me to a better model due to the mess about.

Guys know their stuff. Wak in and they can explain differences between machines. Good value second hand stuff. I was only after cheap and cheerful and have had good experiences with this place this is third computer I have purchased from them over last 10 years or so.

The whole experience was just wonderful. The refurbished HP Desktop arrived the day after ordering, and was up and running without a hitch. I don't know why I was concerned about using the installed Windows 11 operating system. Everything is and was a breeze.

I find this place my first choice for refurbished laptops. Sean Ramsay was polite, professional and helpful. The manager personally made sure I was happy with my purchase, and said he would check the computer for me, before sending. Overall a very positive experience.

I couldn't recommend the customer service more highly from Australian Computer Traders! Yesterday I spoke with the incredibly friendly Praveen regarding an issue I was having with a desktop PC I purchased from ACT back in 2022. Despite being a few years back Praveen generously offered to have a quick look at the computer! Him and a technician, Connor, then had a look over the computer and were able to quickly diagnose the issue as a faulty RAM battery. This was then able to be replaced with no charge and I worked out with a working Desktop PC in under 10 minutes. I couldn't recommend the fantastic support I received from both Praveen and Connor more highly, exceptional customer service for repairs and I'll definitely be using ACT for future PC purchases. Great store & service!
